KATHMANDU, Feb 6: The Purbanchal University has invited applications for the post of Vice Chancellor.
The Vice-Chancellor Selection and Recommendation Committee formed to recommend candidates for the appointment of Vice-Chancellor at Purbanchal University issued a notice, inviting all interested candidates to submit their applications within 15 days.

The committee led by Minister for Education, Science, and Technology Ashok Kumar Rai approved the selection and recommendation procedures on February 5. Interested individuals are invited to apply for the post following the same procedure. The committee will recommend the name of the selected candidate Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, who is also the chancellor of the university, for the appointment.
