DHANUSHA, Nov 10: Chief of Province 2, Hari Shankar Mishra has issued two ordinances.
Province Chief Mishra issued ordinances related to the establishment of a Province Technical University and a Province Agriculture University at the recommendation of the Province Council of Ministers on Tuesday.

The Province Council of Ministers had on October 26 decided to send the two ordinances to the Province Chief for authentication.
The provincial government has brought the ordinances to forward the process of setting up the Province Agriculture University in Rajbiraj of Saptari and the Province Technical University in Birgunj of Parsa.
