KATHMANDU, Dec 20: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has reached Sheetal Niwas, the President's Office, a while ago.
Oli is currently holding meeting with President Bidya Devi Bhandari after an emergency meeting of the Cabinet held this morning decided to recommend to recommend to President Bhandari to dissolve the federal parliament.

Oli's move is likely to be challenged in the court as the constitution does not have a provision for the dissolution of parliament, according to constitutional experts.
