KATHMANDU, Sept 6: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has congratulated Liz Truss on her election as the leader of the Conservative Party of the United Kingdom.
Deuba in a congratulatory message through the social networking site- Twitter - mentioned that he is ready to work with her to make the long-standing Nepal-UK relationship more harmonious.
