President's message to parliament over Citizenship Bill (full text)

KATHMANDU, August 15: The Bill to Amend the Citizenship Act 2063 sent back by President Bidya Devi Bhandari reached the House of Representatives on Monday.

KATHMANDU, August 15: The Bill to Amend the Citizenship Act 2063 sent back by President Bidya Devi Bhandari reached the House of Representatives on Monday.



On Sunday, the President returned the bill along with a nine-page long letter to the House of Representatives, saying the federal parliament needed to reconsider the bill.
