President Paudel summons budget session of parliament

KATHMANDU, May 4: President Ram Chandra Paudel has called the meeting of both the House of Representatives (HoR) and National Assembly on May 7, Sunday.

KATHMANDU, May 4: President Ram Chandra Paudel has called the meeting of both the House of Representatives (HoR) and National Assembly on May 7, Sunday.



According to the parliament secretariat, the meeting would be held at the New Baneshwor-based International Conference Centre at 4.00 PM.

The lower as well as upper House members have been requested to attend the meeting on the designated date, time and venue, stated a notice issued by parliament secretary Dr Bharat Raj Gautam.


Pre-budget discussion will be held at the onset of the budget session. The government's annual policies and programs and annual income and expenditure (budget) will be presented in the session.
