President Bhandari honored with WPL Trailblazer Award 2022

KATHMANDU, Nov 10: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has been honored with the 'Women Political Leaders Trailblazer Award' presented by the Women's Political Leaders Forum in Iceland.

KATHMANDU, Nov 10: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has been honored with the 'Women Political Leaders Trailblazer Award' presented by the Women's Political Leaders Forum in Iceland. 



President Bhandari received the award from Founder and President of Women Political Leaders (WPL), a forum of international women leaders, Silvana Koch-Mehrin, at a function held in Reykjavík, Iceland on Wednesday.

President Bhandari also attended Reykjavík Global Forum of Women Political Leaders as the special guest. She addressed the Forum as a keynote speaker. President Bhandari, who left Kathmandu on Monday, is scheduled to return home on November 12.
