KATHMANDU, Nov 5: President Bidya Devi Bhandari attended a tea reception hosted by Vice-president Nanda Bahadur Pun on the occasion of Tihar, Chhath and Nepal Sambat 1139 festivals in the capital on Monday.
The program was organized at Bahadur Bhawan, the office of Vice-president Pun.
