KATHMANDU, Jan 5: Petrol pumps operated by Nepal Police will be open 24 hours from today onwards. Nepal Police have been operating five petrol pumps in and outside the valley.

Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) Dan Bahadur Karki said they have decided to open all petrol pumps for 24 hours for the convenience of the general public.
Nepal Police is operating two petrol pumps at Naxal and Samakhushi in Kathmandu Valley. Outside Kathmandu Valley, petrol pumps are being operated by Nepal Police at Pathalaiya in Bara, Katlam in Saptari and Bharatpur in Chitwan.
