KATHMANDU, Oct 30: Police have arrested the editor of a news portal, Pathivaraonline.com for disseminating false news about Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's health condition.

KATHMANDU, Oct 30: Police have arrested the editor of a news portal, Pathivaraonline.com for disseminating false news about Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's health condition.



Police arrested Hari Prasad Manandhar, 46 from Kageshwarimahara Metropolitan City-8. Manandhar has been charged for cyber crime. The arrested is a permanent resident of Harinath rural municipality-6, Syangja.

The news portal had said that the PM, who is recovering at the Maharajgunj based Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Center of TU Teaching Hospital, had died in the course of treatment.
