KATHMANDU, May 7: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has appointed Surendra Acharya of the Nepali Congress(NC) as a minister. Minister Acharya's swearing-in is scheduled to be held at Sheetal Niwas at 12:30 noon today.
