KATHMANDU, Feb 18: The Dahal-Nepal faction of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) today formed a human chain around the outer sphere of Tundikhel as a protest against the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) by the Oli-led government.
Hundreds of participants formed the human chain and chanted anti-government slogans on Thursday afternoon.

The Dahal-Nepal faction has been staging a series of gatherings, protests and demonstrations demanding the restoration of the lower house of the parliament ever since it was dissolved on December 20 last year.
