KATHMANDU, Feb 23: Human Rights and Peace Society activities staged a demonstration outside the Russian Embassy in Baluwatar on Wednesday against the start of an invasion of Ukraine by Russia.
The protestors carried placards urging the giant nation to avoid a war at all costs.

Tensions have grown recently in Ukraine after a possible chance of an invasion from Russia. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a notice urging Nepalis in Ukraine to return to Nepal unless it is absolutely necessary to remain in the tense region.
