Over 27 pc COVID-19 patients in Gandaki Province are 20 to 30 years old

POKHARA, Nov 9: Of the total number of people diagnosed with the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Gandaki Province, people aged between 20 and 30 years are the highest in number.

POKHARA, Nov 9: Of the total number of people diagnosed with the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Gandaki Province, people aged between 20 and 30 years are the highest in number. 



As of Sunday, the province has recorded 9,158 cases of COVID-19 which includes 2,490 people aged between 20 to 30 years. This figure accounts for 27.18 percent of total COVID-19 cases in Gandaki Province.

Similarly, as many as 2,106 people aged between 30 and 40, 1,269 people aged between 40 and 50 and 750 people aged between 50 and 60 have contracted the virus in the province.


Likewise, the number of COVD-19 cases detected among individuals aged 10 to 20 and below 10 is 563 and 173 respectively.


So far, the province has recorded 190 cases of COVID-19 among people above the age of 70.
