Orientation on sexual health for women

KATHMANDU, Dec 2: On the occasion of 30th world AIDS Day, Madhyapur Thimi Saving and Credit Cooperative Ltd hosted a skill orientation project on women health for the female employee of the organization on Friday.

KATHMANDU, Dec 2: On the occasion of 30th world AIDS Day, Madhyapur Thimi Saving and Credit Cooperative Ltd hosted a skill orientation project on women health for the female employee of the organization on Friday. 

In the one day event, three dozen participating women were informed about family planning, sexually transmitting diseases and other health related information. Talking about the reason of the program, Health worker Menuka Bhashima shared, “Nepali women hesitate to talk about their sexual health and through these orientation programs we aim to spread awareness related to sexual health to Nepali women.”

 The event is jointly organized by Madhyapur Thimi Sakos, Japan-Nepal Health and Tuberculosis Research Association (JANTRA) and PSI.
