KATHMANDU, April 22: One person has died due to the Covid-19 infection in Bheri Hospital, Nepalgunj.

Chief of Bheri Hospital Dr Prakash Thapa, informed Republica that an 86-year-old man from Rapti Sonari Rural Municipality-2 died while undergoing medical treatment.
He was taken to Bheri Hospital after he had health complications. He was confirmed to be infected with Covid on April 14. The patient has been undergoing treatment for the past one week and is said to be suffering from asthma.
