BAJHANG, May 22: A person, who was collecting Yarshagumba, died after an avalanche occurred at Dhanshera of Surma Rural Municipality-2 in Bajhang district on Sunday. The identity of the deceased has not been ascertained as yet.
According to Assistant Chief District Officer Satya Kumari Joshi, two persons are missing and two others have sustained injuries in the avalanche.

Joshi added that a team of police personnel of the Nepal Police and Armed Police Force has moved to the site for the search and rescue efforts.
