KATHMANDU, April 16: The police have detained one individual with about 23 kg of hashish-like substance in Bardia.
Armed Police Force Nepal Border Out Post (BOP) in Futaha, operating in the border area of Badhaiyatal rural municipality-2, made the arrest at around 4 o'clock in the morning.

During the inspection, about 23 kg of narcotic hashish-like substance in 39 packets wrapped in plastic was recovered from two bags with him.
Bam Bahadur Pun, 34, of Sanobheri Rural Municipality-5 in Rukum West, was arrested while attempting to cross from Nepal into India with the said goods.
