RAJBIRAJ, Oct 5: Nepal Police personnel here on Wednesday arrested a man in possession of a pistol and a round of bullets at Rajbiraj Municipality-13 in Saptari district.
The arrested is 54-year-old Laxman Yadav of the same place from where he was nabbed with a pistol and a round of bullet, according to Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Saptari, Mukesh Kumar Singh.
Acting on a tip-office that Yadav allegedly used to threaten the locals with weapons, police apprehended him as they searched his house and found the pistol and bullet hiding beneath his bed.
Police said further investigation into the case was underway.(RSS)
