KATHMANDU, July 8: A meeting of the CPN-UML’s central departments is underway at the Central Office. Chiefs, deputy chiefs and secretaries of all three departments are present in the meeting. In the meeting, General Secretary Shanker Pokharel expressed his views on the work, expectations and responsibilities of the departments.
