LAHAN, Nov 12: CPN-UML General Secretary Ishwar Pokharel has said that the UML was not in favour of amending the constitution without any specific agenda for it.
Speaking at a press meet held at Choharwa of Siraha today, he made it clear that his party would not support the constitution amendment process until the rationale behind it was made clear.
