Information Officer of the Commission, Bishwa Bandhu Poudel, said that the decision was taken on the basis of an appeal made by Ram Prasad Dahal of Sindhupalchowk.

Dahal had asked for a certified copy of the answer-sheet of the exam conducted by Open University for the post of Associate Professor of Development Management and Administration subject under contract category around one-and-a-half years ago.

Dahal knocked on the door of the Commission after he did not get information within the deadline determined by the Act.
