KATHMANDU, Aug 1: NIC ASIA Bank has announced a business tie-up with Shikhar Insurance Company Ltd (SICL) for promotion of a new non-life product.
Issuing a statement, the commercial bank said that Laxman Risal, CEO of NIC ASIA, and Dip Prakash Pandey, CEO of SICL, recently signed an agreement to this effect.
"This agreement has been made with an aim to provide non-life insurance product named 'Health Insurance and Secure Mind' through banking channel for existing and new customers of the bank," reads the statement.
'Health Insurance' product covers individual and family health insurance, while 'Secure Mind' supports to secure the loan of the bank, the statement added.
