KATHMANDU, Dec 16: Himalayan Motorrad, under subsidiary Torque Motors Pvt Ltd, has introduced two new premium models of the renowned German motorbike BMW -- BMW G 310 GS and BMW G 310 R -- in the Nepali market.

Both models are powered by a 313 cc single-cylinder engine, according to a statement issued on Saturday. The BMW price in Nepal starts from Rs 950,000. The company has priced G 310 R racing red and G 310 R cosmic black at Rs 950,000; G 310 R white metallic at Rs 975,000; G 310 GS racing red and G 310 GS cosmic black at Rs 1 million; and G 310 GS white metallic at Rs 1.1 million.
