Nepali envoy to Vietnam presents credentials

KATHMANDU, Aug 8: Ambassador of Nepal to Vietnam Khaga Nath Adhikari presented his Letters of Credence to President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Tran Dai Quang in Hanoi on Tuesday.

KATHMANDU, Aug 8: Ambassador of Nepal to Vietnam Khaga Nath Adhikari presented his Letters of Credence to President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Tran Dai Quang in Hanoi on Tuesday.

According to a press statement issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), Ambassador Adhikari held a bilateral meeting with President Quang at the presidential palace. Adhikari had conveyed greetings from President Bidya Bhandari to her Vietnamese counterpart, and best wishes for the President’s personal health and happiness as well as further peace, progress and prosperity of the friendly people of Vietnam. While expressing thanks for the greeting, President recalled his official visit to Nepal in 2014 as the Minister of Public Security.
