KATHMANDU, April 5: A complaint of marital rape has been lodged against Ravi Oad, the winner of Nepal Idol Season-2, by his wife.
The complaint was officially registered four days ago at the Kanchanpur Area Police Office, Jhalari, with accusations of marital rape.

SP Chakraraj Joshi of the District Police Office, Kanchanpur, confirmed the filing of the complaint of marital rape against Oad. SP Joshi said that after the complaint was registered, an arrest warrant was issued against Oad.
SP Joshi mentioned that the medical examination procedure of his wife and an investigation into the accusations are currently underway.
