Nepal Goodwill Industries launches three pickle variances

KATHMANDU, Oct 4: Nepal Goodwill Industries recently launched three variances of pickles under the label Bhale Dai ko Achar. The pickles are available in three flavors – fish, chicken, and Sichuan pepper (timmur).  In a press statement issued by the producers, they mentioned that they had gained the Department of Food Technology and Quality Control (DFTQC) approval, and were ready for distribution.

The pickles are available in three flavors – fish, chicken, and Sichuan pepper (timmur).  In a press statement issued by the producers, they mentioned that they had gained the Department of Food Technology and Quality Control (DFTQC) approval, and were ready for distribution.  



Explaining the composition of the product, he informed that the absence of preservatives made the product unique. However, local chilies, Nepali timmur, and soya beans --the key ingredients -- provided the pickle its distinct taste.

Consumer Sujan Joshi approves the composition and quality of the pickle. He says, “I am satisfied with the taste of all three products. The pickles can be matched up with different food items. Moreover, the timmur pickle is an ideal barbeque mix as well.”


Bhale Dai ko Achar is also available in gift bundles. The producers claim that the exclusive packaging inspired a festive ambiance.
