RAUTAHAT, March 9: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Nepal Communist Party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal are jointly addressing an assembly in Rautahat district today afternoon.

The two NCP chairpersons are addressing the mass assembly for the first time after the unification between the CPN-UML and the CPN Maoist one year ago. The assembly is being organized at Garuda in Rautahat by NCP's Provincial Committee.
The police have beefed up security in the area. The duo chairman have already reached Garuda.
