KATHMANDU, July 30: Chairperson of ruling Nepal Communist Party Pushpa Kamal Dahal embarked on a trip to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Tuesday.

Dahal's secretariat has said that the visit is apolitical. He is accompanied by his spouse Sita and daughters Renu and Ganga. Dahal, who is also the former prime minister, will return to home on August 3.
