SINDHULI, May 15: Nepali Congress (NC) candidates have won the elections in two wards of Sindhuli. Daulat Karki of NC has won in Golanjor Rural Municipality-2.He won with 580 votes. Karki was also the chairman of the ward before this.

Similarly, NC candidate Tilak Bahadur Basnet, who was also a common candidate of the five-party ruling alliance, won the polls from Tinpatan Rural Municipality-11 of Sindhuli district.. According to the locals, he won by a margin of 279 votes.
