NC general secretary Koirala takes juice

KATHMANDU, July 8: Nepali Congress general secretary Dr Shashank Koirala drank juice this afternoon following gradual improvement in health. He is receiving treatment at the ICU at Om Hospital here after falling critically ill on Wednesday morning.

KATHMANDU, July 8: Nepali Congress general secretary Dr Shashank Koirala drank juice this afternoon following gradual improvement in health. He is receiving treatment at the ICU at Om Hospital here after falling critically ill on Wednesday morning.



Managing Director at the Om Hospital Hari Krishna Shrestha said they have started giving liquid food to Dr Koirala since his health is gradually normalizing.

According to doctors attending on the NC general secretary, Dr Koirala's latest medical reports show his health is progressing to normalcy.


Dr. Koirala was put under ventilator after his health deteriorated all of a sudden on Wednesday morning. The ventilator was removed on Thursday evening after he showed significant improvement in his health and kept in ICU. RSS
