NBA election slated on April 2

KATHMANDU, Feb 22: An election to pick office bearers of the 26th Central Working Committee of the Nepal Bar Association (NBA) is scheduled to be held on April 2. As per the schedule released by the NBA on Monday, a 25-member new working committee will be elected through the new election process.

KATHMANDU, Feb 22: An election to pick office bearers of the 26th Central Working Committee of the Nepal Bar Association (NBA) is scheduled to be held on April 2. As per the schedule released by the NBA on Monday, a 25-member new working committee will be elected through the new election process.



The election will pick the NBA President, seven vice-presidents from seven provinces, a woman vice-president, one general secretary, one treasurer and 14 central committee members.

According to the NBA, some 11,000 general members of 90 bar units will take part in the election from across the country.
