MALEKHU (Dhading), Sept 19: The Naubise-Malekhu road section of Prithvi Highway is to remain closed during the nighttime from September 21.

MALEKHU (Dhading), Sept 19: The Naubise-Malekhu road section of Prithvi Highway is to remain closed during the nighttime from September 21.  



Officials said that the road section from Simle to Malekhu is being widened by cutting the rock cliffs after suspending vehicular movement in the night hours.

Chief District Officer of Dhading Badrinath Gaire said that construction works would be carried out from 11 PM to 3 AM by stopping the vehicles at Khayarghari and Pokharekhola areas from September 21 to October 7. 


A meeting of the stakeholders held on Monday decided to fully close the public and private vehicles in the nighttime except for the ambulance and security agencies.


Likewise, the officials have urged the passengers to travel only in the daytime from September 21 to October 7.
