BIRATNAGAR, Jan 18: Chief Minister Rajendra Rai of Province 1 has said that a provincial assembly meeting will be convened by February 3 and that the official name of the province will be finalized in the ongoing winter session.

Stating that the name of the province will be decided by the provincial assembly, CM Rai clarified that the issue of finalizing the name has been delayed as the provincial assembly meeting has not been held after the formation of his government.
