KATHMANDU, May 21: The National Assembly (NA) has begun deliberations on the government’s policies and programs for the upcoming fiscal year 2023-24.

KATHMANDU, May 21: The National Assembly (NA) has begun deliberations on the government’s policies and programs for the upcoming fiscal year 2023-24.



Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Rekha Sharma presented a proposal, on behalf of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal,  before the session seeking discussions on the government’s policies and programs for the upcoming fiscal year.  


President Ram Chandra Poudel on May 19 presented the government’s policies and programs for the next fiscal year before a joint session of the federal parliament.

The proposal was entertained by the meeting and the upper house members continue to put their views on the matter.
