KATHMANDU, Sept 5: Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Jeevan Ram Shrestha has said that the recent controversial incident at Chhaya Center happened after his Personal Security Officer (PSO) was misbehaved.
Taking to social media platforms, Minister Shrestha on Monday said that his attention was drawn to the public outrage against the incident at Chhaya Center. “My attention has been drawn to the response from the public regarding the incident at Chhaya Center. The reaction coming from the public is natural, but the incident did not happen because I did not stand in line, but because I and my PSO were misbehaved," the minister wrote.

"The PSO then informed his security agency. I request you to respond only after knowing the facts about the incident and be wary of any conspiracy to create narrative that all leaders and ministers are bad,” he wrote further.
