BANKE, Nov 3: The District Police Office, Banke, handed over murder convict Yograj Dhakal aka Regal to the Banke District Court at 10:30 AM today.
According to DSP Narayan Dangi of the District Police Office, Regal was produced before the court after the Supreme Court overturned the government’s move to free murder convict Regal from jail through presidential pardon.

According to court sources, Regal has already been sent to Nepalgunj jail to serve his remaining sentence.
