CHITWAN, May 1: A motorcyclist injured in a road accident died during treatment today.
The deceased has been Dharma Raj Adhikari,52, of ward no. 5 in Bharatpur municipality. The motorcycle (Na.18Pa.1001) he was riding was hit by a tipper (Na.7Kha.2269) at Bishal Chowk in the same locality. The incident took place on Tuesday morning.

Adhikari succumbed to his injuries at 2:00 am today at the Chitwan Medical college hospital, according to District Police Office, Chitwan. Pillion rider Adhikari's wife, Kamala,45, was also injured in the incident. She is undergoing treatment at the same hospital. The tipper driver has been arrested for necessary action, police said.
