BIRENDRANAGAR, Oct 1: A woman and her daughter, who were missing since September 19, were found dead on different dates.

The deceased have been identified as Pushpa Pun, 23, and her six-year-old daughter Pramisha from Gurbhakot Municipality-11 in Surkhet. The mortal remains of Pushpa were found along the bank of the Bheri River in Bheri Ganga Municipality-9, Chiple on September 31, while Pramisha’s body was recovered from the bank earlier on September 19, according to spokesperson for the District Police Office, Surkhet, Ram Bahadur Gharti.
They had gone missing from the Lek Beshi area 12 days ago. An investigation into the incident is underway, according to Surkhet Police.
