MoHA transfers 16 DIGs including provincial police chiefs

KATHMANDU, Jan 9: The Ministry of Home Affairs has transferred 16 Deputy Inspectors General (DIGs) of Nepal Police including all provincial police chiefs.

KATHMANDU, Jan 9: The Ministry of Home Affairs has transferred 16 Deputy Inspectors General (DIGs) of Nepal Police including all provincial police chiefs.

According to the sources, DIG Chandra Kuber Khapung has been transferred to Koshi Province, Yagya Binod Pokharel to Madhesh Province, Bishnu Kumar KC to Bagmati Province, Bikash Raj Khanal to Gandaki Province, Kuber Kadayat to Lumbini Province, Lalmani Acharya to Karnali Province and Rabindra KC to Sudurpachim Province.


Furthermore, DIG Surendra Mainali has been sent to Bharatpur Training Centre.
