HETAUDA, July 18: Province-3 Government’s Minister for Social Development, Yuba Raj Dulal today made a surprise visit at the State Education Directorate.
He made this visit 40 minutes into office time (10:40), but found that nine employees of the Directorate were absent from work. Only two office helpers had reported for work. He marked the employees not reporting to work at that time as absent in the attendance register.
