KATHMANDU, Oct 16: Urban Development Minister Metmani Chaudhary has distributed food worth 1.3 million rupees to flood victims against the election code of conduct.
Even though the election code of conduct has been implemented, Minister Chaudhury provided food aid worth about 1.3 million rupees to the flood victims of four municipalities of Deukhuri on Saturday.

He provided 50 quintals of rice each to Rapti, Garhwa, Rajpur and Lamhi municipalities of Deukhuri which were inundated by floods.
