KATHMANDU, August 24: On Wednesday, Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Mayor Balendra Shah (Balen) is going to monitor the footpaths and parking lots in Koteshwar. A team including Mayor Shah, who visited New Road and Durbarmarg since Wednesday morning, is going to monitor the Koteshwar area in the evening.
