KAPILVASTU, Dec 9: Suresh Pandey, the branch manager of Bangai-based Global IME Bank died in a car accident in Kapilvastu district on Monday.
Pandey, 26, died in the accident that occurred near Bodegau-8 of Banaganga Municipality Kapilvastu.

Pandey was driving the car to Jitpur from Bangai along the East-West highway when the incident took place. The incident happened when the over-speed car lost its control and crash into an electric pole along the roadside.
Five others traveling in the car were injured in the incident. According to Pandey's neighbor Lalit Gurung, the incident took place when they were heading to Jitpur to attend a wedding ceremony scheduled for Monday. The wedding ceremony has been postponed following the incident.
