JEETPUR, August 26: A motorcyclist was killed after getting rammed by a jeep at Bahadurgunj of Krishnanagar - 8, Kapilvastu on Thursday evening.
The ill-fated motorbike (Lu 28 Ba 1024) was struck by a jeep (Lu 1 Ja 560) killing 55 - year - old Udaya Kanta Jha of Pipara municipality - 7.

The jeep en route to Chandrauta from Krishnanagar struck the bike at Bahadurgunj intersection at Krishnangar - 8. The accident took place after the jeep's front wheel blasted, Area Police Office, Bahadurgunj said.
After the jeep lost control over the punctured tyre it also grazed another bike (Lu 7 Pa 837).
