CHITWAN, April 4: A cyclist died after being hit by a bus. The deceased has been identified as Kulprasad Parajuli, 75, of Ratnanagar Municipality-1.
The bus (Ba 4 Kha 8916), which was going from Bharatpur to Tandi, hit Parajuli at Bakular Chowk in East Chitwan. District Police Office Chitwan said that Parajuli, who was injured in the accident, died during treatment at Chitwan Medical College in the morning. The accident happened at 10AM today. Police have taken both the bus and the driver under control.
