KATHMANDU, Oct 6: Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut Company Limited has announced the opening of its IPO starting Wednesday. The company has opened IPO worth Rs 900 million for 9 million units of shares.

Of the offered 9 million units, 4 percent which accounts for 360,000 units have been set aside for the employees of the company. Similarly, 450,000 units have been allocated for the general public for mutual funds. The remaining 8.19 million units are available for the general public.
The early closing date of this issue is October 11. If the issue is not fully subscribed till the early closing date, the deadline can be extended up to October 20.
