Madhesi Front not to join new govt: Mahato

KATHMANDU, July 29: Sadbhawana Party chair Rajendra Mahato has said that the Madhesi front will not join new government unless their demands are addressed.

KATHMANDU, July 29: Sadbhawana Party chair Rajendra Mahato has said that the Madhesi front will not join new government unless their demands are addressed.



Speaking in a face to face program organized by the Reporters' Club today, chair Mahato clarified that the Front will support the new government remaining outside only when the environment was created to address their demands.



He suspected on the implementation of the seven-point agreement signed by Nepali Congress and CPN (Maoist Centre) as it was positive to address their demands.



Mahato expressed his belief that the CPN (UML) also may be positive to amend the constitution if NC and Maoist Centre convinced for that.



He urged the government to reach the reliefs to the disasters affected people across the country. RSS
