DHANUSHA, Oct 16: Chief Minister (CM) of Madhesh Province, Saroj Kumar Yadav, inspected service delivery of the Provincial Public Health Laboratory. He had a direct conversation with service-seekers about the service delivered by the laboratory.
Acting on complaints that service-seekers had to wait in queue for a long time as there was only one counter to settle transactions, he directed the Laboratory’s Director Dr Shrawan Mishra to resolve the problem.

"Make service delivery prompt by bringing accuracy and consistency in service," he instructed Dr Mishra. The laboratory operating with the investment of the provincial government has been providing lab services at an affordable rate and examining hundreds of patients on a daily basis.
