KATHMANDU, Feb 21: A leopard has been creating a terror situation around Gothatar of Kageshwari Manohara Municipality in Kathmandu since early morning on Tuesday.

A leopard climbed a tree and sat there. According to locals, the leopard is on the tree since morning. Police at the location said that the leopard is beyond the range of tranquilizer and the only way out is to hope that it would leave the tree itself at night.
